At Magg’s Rags, every piece is handmade with care and intention. As every piece is one-of-a-kind, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to info@maggsrags.com within 21 days of receiving your item.

I will do my best to make it right, but due to the nature of a small, handmade business, I cannot guarantee all return requests will be approved.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags on.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be issued store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.
