It is always in Magg's Rags best interest to supply her customers with one-of-a-kind, custom garments. Being that this is a one woman show, the following policies are set in place when purchasing an online order. . .

Returns?

Due to the custom nature of Magg's Rags products, all items are final sale and non-refundable. Damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Follow the procedures below if your item was damaged in transit. 

Damaged?

Clothing that has been received with damages are accepted for a return within 7 days of the purchase. Contact maggsragsbusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to process the return. Shipping charges are unfortunately non-refundable.
