Returns & Refunds
- **All sales are final on one-of-a-kind, made-to-order, custom, and sale items unless there is an issue with your order
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery
- All items approved for return must arrive to our studio space BEFORE refunds are processed
- Approved issues will be refunded to the original form of payment
Refunds DO NOT include original shipping costs OR return shipping labels unless the error was on our end.
Exchanges
All cases are reviewed and determined on an order-by-order basis by our team.
Store credit may be offered at our discretion if contacted after the 10-day return window.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags on.
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be issued store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.
